Job Title: GermanSpeaking Customer Support Representative

Location: Qormi Malta

Job Type: Fulltime Onsite

Job Overview:

As a Germanspeaking Customer Support Representative you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by handling inquiries resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with a motivated team and play an essential role in upholding the company s high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Responding to customer inquiries via email phone and chat in German

Providing product information technical support and troubleshooting solutions

Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and issues

Collaborating with the team to solve complex issues when necessary

Following company guidelines and ensuring consistent service quality

Requirements:

Fluency in German (written and spoken)

Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Previous experience in customer service is an advantage

Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment

Problemsolving skills and a customerfirst mindset

Applicants must possess the necessary documentation to reside and work in Malta
