Job Title: Gas & Chemical Technician
Location: Tualatin, OR
Duration: 12 months+
Responsibilities:
· The individual will be responsible for supporting the technical demands of the site gas and/or chemical equipment.
· Must be capable of performing cylinder and drum changes on all chemical and gas systems and perform complex troubleshooting and problem resolution for all equipment.
· They will ensure compliance in operation and maintenance procedures, safety, and drive flawless execution.
· The technician will be responsible for supporting over 500 pieces of distribution equipment of various types and vendors.
· You will drive a ZERO safety or quality incident culture.
· The individual will also be involved in Basic Safety Process, quality management, preventative maintenance, and training.
· With experience you will also support the installation, decommissioning, troubleshooting, and repair of all Client Electronics Gas Systems, precursor delivery systems, & Bulk Chemical Distribution systems.
· Inexperienced and experienced will undergo comprehensive OJT and technical training and qualification programs. 5 levels of technicians offer a fast-paced promotion track. This is a career opportunity in a growing industry.
Who You Are:
Minimum Qualifications:
· High School Diploma or GED equivalent
· 1+ years of experience in a maintenance or equipment technician
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience with chemical and gas distribution equipment
· Navy Nuclear power school or Military mechanic trained
