Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate patient care, assessments, education, triage, and various nursing interventions
  • Collaborate with colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement, and evaluate care
  • Provide empathetic care to patients throughout all stages of preventive services, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up
  • Demonstrate competency and utilize comprehensive nursing expertise

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should have:

  • A degree from an accredited nursing program (AACN, ACEN, or NLN CNEA preferred)
  • A current, unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing, or multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
  • Required department-specific competencies and certifications
