Full Charge Bookkeeper (REMOTE)
Job Description
As part of our business expansion, we are now seeking an experienced Full-Charge Bookkeeper. Position responsibilities include A/P, A/R, payroll and month-end closing services, as well as other accounting related functions as requested by the client.
We are also looking for someone who is experienced in Governmental accounting, particularly for NY, FL or CA.
This is a full-time virtual, work-from-home position.

Numbers are your strong suit. You’re analytical, detail-oriented and enjoy working in a high-volume work environment. You understand the art of establishing and maintaining trustworthy relationships with clients. You are able to successfully prioritize and manage multiple client needs, while maintaining a high level of accounting services and professionalism.
How You Will Contribute
Here’s what we are seeking in our Bookkeeper and the minimum requirements you must have to qualify for the position:
3+ years performing full charge bookkeeping
2+ years using QuickBooks Software and QBO
Bill.com experience a plus
2+ years doing Governmental accounting
nonprofit experience
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously
Exceptional attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communications skills
Strong work ethic – “whatever it takes” attitude
Must be decisive, an expert at prioritization and work well under pressure
Demonstrate consistent follow-through and ability to work independently, with minimal direction
