We have a reputation in the construction industry for great pay, exceptional benefits, and steady year-round employment.We are proud to offer exceptional medical, dental, vision, PTO, paid holidays, profit sharing, 401K, weekly paychecks, and more KEY ACTIVITIES + Implement Sunroc mission (Building a Better Community) and core values (We Value People, Our Word is Our Bond, Always Give a Full Measure, We Continuously Improve). + Responsible for oil changes, fueling, and lubrication of equipment. + Assist in maintenance of equipment and record keeping. + Coordinate and communicate needed repairs on equipment. + Maintain tools as required to perform job. + Responsible for safe operation and securing equipment. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS + Knowledge of crushing equipment and associated components EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE + Metal work experience is preferred. + Heavy equipment experience PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS + Ability to lift 50 lbs without assistance. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS + Must be 18 years or older. + Work swing shift hours between 2 pm and 12 am. + Documentation that proves eligibility to work in the U.S. + Attention and commitment to safety. + Ability to work well with others in a team environment. + Strong work ethic.
