MadMen AI is a seed-stage AdTech startup based in Burlingame, CA. Our co-founders, Aman Jain and Vinay Jain , have spent over a decade building Ad products at Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp. We raised $3.5m from top VCs and angels, including Wing, South Park Commons, and many more.

By democratizing access to this powerful combination, we’ll help smaller brands stand toe-to-toe with industry titans and help many more new brands be created.
The Role
We are looking to hire a founding AI engineer to partner closely with the CTO to build novel AI systems customized for AdTech. This involves fine-tuning LLMs, fine-tuning control-net-based Diffusion models, as well as applying traditional ML / Data science to building prediction models.
