We seek a driven fitness enthusiast with a passion for helping others achieve their health and fitness goals. The ideal candidate is flexible, a team player, reliable, hardworking, and an outstanding representative of our brand. This part-time position requires weekend availability (and weekdays if available/when needed). A positive mindset and a strong desire to work in the fitness industry are essential. Preference will be given to candidates with previous work experience in customer service, community events, sales, and/or work experience in the health & fitness industry. RESPONSIBILITIES

The Member Experience Associate is a passionate individual dedicated to helping members and guests enhance their lives through health and fitness. Key responsibilities include:

• Communicating effectively with team members and gym members
• Conducting tours and welcoming customers
• Engaging in community events and activities
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the gym
• Managing membership and training sales
• Providing exceptional customer service
• Handling opening and closing duties
• Managing communications via phone, email, text, and app
• Maintaining a positive attitude and inspiring/motivating others

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong desire to work in the health and fitness industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential
• Friendly, outgoing, and warm demeanor
• Genuine and honest personality
• Flexible availability
• Technologically savvy
• Self-motivated and proactive
• Experience in customer service, sales, and the fitness industry is preferred
• Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license to apply

OTHER

• Competitive pay: $15/hour
• 401k with employer contributions
• Part-time, 8+ hours/week
• Weekends 10am-2pm
