Job Description

Recharge Recruitment is partnering with a private equity-backed renewable energy developer that is expanding its team. They are looking for a Finance Manager to work closely with their Vice President of Finance. With strong financial backing and a clear growth strategy, this role offers rapid progression and numerous development opportunities.

• Create financial models and conduct analyses to support investment decisions.
• Draft investment reports for senior management and Board of Directors meetings.
• Collaborate with the business development team to assess new investments, including greenfield projects and mergers & acquisitions.
• Help develop annual budgets, financial forecasts, and long-term financial strategies.
• Present findings and insights to senior management and the private-equity sponsor.
• Support financial and accounting due diligence for acquisitions.
• Work with commercial, operations, engineering, legal, and other teams during project development.

The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in creating financial models and analyzing data to provide insights. With at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, this person will support the VP and work independently. A background in renewable energy, private equity, or investment banking is required.

Package on offer is between 130 - 150k + Bonus
