As a Field Service Engineer , you will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining high-tech industrial equipment at customer sites across the U.S. and globally. Your role will involve:
✔️ Equipment Installation & Commissioning – Set up and calibrate advanced machinery for optimal performance.
✔️ Diagnostics & Troubleshooting – Analyze electrical, mechanical, PLC, and automation issues, ensuring rapid resolution.
✔️ Customer Training & Support – Educate end-users on best practices, preventative maintenance, and system operation.
✔️ Upgrades & Retrofits – Enhance existing systems with the latest software and hardware improvements.
✔️ Technical Documentation & Reporting – Maintain accurate service records, reports, and customer communication.
✔️ Collaboration with Engineering & Sales Teams – Provide field insights to enhance product development and customer solutions.
What We’re Looking For:
🔹 Technical Expertise – Strong background in mechanical, electrical, and PLC-based automation systems .
🔹 Field Experience – 3+ years in field service, equipment maintenance, or industrial automation.
🔹 Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving – Ability to diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, and software issues.
🔹 Travel-Ready – Comfortable with extensive domestic & international travel (70–80%) .
🔹 Self-Motivated & Customer-Focused – Ability to work independently and deliver exceptional service to clients.
🔹 Education – Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience).
🔹 Valid Passport & Driver’s License – Required for global travel.
💡 Bonus Skills: Experience with Siemens, Allen-Bradley PLCs, Fanuc robots, hydraulics, pneumatics, or industrial automation systems is a plus!
