We’re looking for a compassionate and organized Third-Party Nurse Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will oversee and coordinate all aspects of third-party reproductive services, including egg and sperm donation and gestational carrier (GC) cases. You’ll play a key role in ensuring a smooth, supportive, and compliant treatment experience for patients, donors, and intended parents by providing direct care, guidance, and coordination with a skilled medical team.
Responsibilities - Act as the primary point of contact for patients, donors, GCs, and intended parents, guiding them through the treatment journey and educating them on protocols and expectations. Conduct consultations and assessments, coordinate and schedule appointments, and partner with outside agencies and legal teams as needed.
- Maintain accurate medical records, coordinate treatment cycles, and manage patient progress. Collaborate with physicians, embryologists, and healthcare professionals to design individualized treatment plans and uphold FDA compliance.
- Foster clear communication among all parties involved, provide emotional support, and coordinate with legal, financial, and administrative teams to ensure all aspects of third-party reproduction are managed smoothly.
- Participate in quality assurance projects to enhance care and services, and stay current with advancements in reproductive medicine.
- Provide education and training to staff on third-party reproduction protocols, and participate in community outreach to raise awareness about reproductive options.
Qualifications - Registered Nurse (RN) with an active nursing license.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in reproductive medicine, fertility, or a related field preferred.
- Strong knowledge of third-party reproduction, including egg donation, sperm donation, and GC preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) and relevant software.
Requirements - Occasional weekend shifts (about six per year) and one holiday shift per year.
