Responsibilities - Develop and implement a strategic plan to grow the agency and achieve sales goals
- Provide exceptional service and tailored insurance solutions to clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and the local community
- Promote Farmers Insurance products and services through various marketing efforts
- Recruit, train, and oversee staff to support agency growth
- Oversee agency operations, including sales, marketing, and customer service
- Collaborate with other agents to share best practices and drive overall success
Requirements - Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for sales and customer service
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
- Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field preferred, but not required
- Ability to lead a team and delegate responsibilities effectively
- Must be licensed to sell insurance in Illinois or willing to obtain necessary licenses
