Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a strategic plan to grow the agency and achieve sales goals
  • Provide exceptional service and tailored insurance solutions to clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and the local community
  • Promote Farmers Insurance products and services through various marketing efforts
  • Recruit, train, and oversee staff to support agency growth
  • Oversee agency operations, including sales, marketing, and customer service
  • Collaborate with other agents to share best practices and drive overall success
Requirements
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for sales and customer service
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
  • Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field preferred, but not required
  • Ability to lead a team and delegate responsibilities effectively
  • Must be licensed to sell insurance in Illinois or willing to obtain necessary licenses
