Join Our Team as a Facility Electrical Maintenance Specialist!

Your Daily Role:

• Oversee and enhance PLC/HMI information systems to meet key operational metrics.
• Maintain equipment based on original manufacturer specifications.
• Supervise the upkeep of the facility's valuable electrical framework.
• Engage in hands-on electrical equipment repairs in our manufacturing site.
• Keep detailed records of all electrical maintenance activities.
• Cultivate effective dialogues with on-site operators and supervisory staff.
• Promote safety and hygiene, ensuring a secure work environment.
• Exhibit exemplary attendance and safety standards consistently.
• Flexibly perform other tasks as necessary.

Experience You Bring:

• Solid background in industrial maintenance.
• Over two years immersed in a manufacturing context, showcasing success in various roles.
• Two-plus years working with electrical systems and control mechanisms.
• Adherence to company-directed policies and guidelines.
• Familiarity with CMMS; prior Maintenance Connection experience is a plus.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Deep knowledge of electrical/controls ; Allen Bradley skills valued.
• Can lift up to 40 pounds as needed and work in diverse climates.
• Handy with various tools; personal 1-inch tools required.

Education Credentials:

• Possession of a High School Diploma or GED.
• Technical schooling in related fields (electronics, electro-mechanics) preferred.

Proficiencies:

• Mastery of OEM and PLC troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with industrial automation equipment and injection molding.

Diverse Machinery Used:

• Engage with Variable Frequency Drives, PLCs (Allen Bradley, Siemens), and Servo Motors.
