Your Role:
As a Fabrication Manager , you’ll lead daily operations in our vessel and tank shop, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety. You’ll work closely with teams across departments and drive continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do:
✅ Lead & supervise fabrication teams, ensuring top performance & safety compliance.
✅ Coordinate production schedules & maintain workflow efficiency.
✅ Monitor product quality & collaborate with inspectors for compliance.
✅ Report issues & delays to upper management proactively.
✅ Train & develop employees to meet company standards.
What You Need:
✔ Strong leadership & communication skills (written & verbal).
✔ Experience in fabrication, manufacturing, or related fields.
✔ Ability to identify material defects & enhance product quality.
✔ Bilingual in Spanish (preferred but not required).
