STATEMENT OF POSITION RESPONSIBILTIES

PROJECT ESTIMATOR

JOB FUNCTION: Full-time

We are seeking a skilled Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide accurate estimates for our customers.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Must be presentable in person, with great people skills, must be confident, approachable, friendly.
• Exceptional and professional customer service skills.

• In depth understanding of the roofing, windows and siding industry.

• Strong multi-tasking skillset – ability to manager 3-5 customers at one time.
• Ability to adapt to sudden process changes.
• Willingness to be mentored, and eager to learn.
• Must be self-motivated, ambitious and a goal-oriented individual.
• You enjoy negotiating and you are strong-willed.
• Schedule flexibility – available to work nights and weekends as necessary, and/or during the storm season and/or during periods of high volume.
• Basic computer and data-entering skills, able to learn new software programs
• Valid driver's license

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITES:

• Run multiple assigned sales leads a day where you will meet with customers, measure, and estimate jobs, and close sales
• Communicate with customers - must be readily available to address client questions and concerns, either by phone or email, in a timely and professional manner. Clear communication is essential to maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring a successful project outcome.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote repeat business and referrals.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide customers with the latest information on our products and services
