Job Description: Eagle Vision One is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Optician to join our team. As an Optician, you will work directly with patients to help them find the perfect eyewear to meet their needs and style preferences. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing excellent customer service by assisting patients in selecting frames that complement their face shape, skin tone, and personal style.
• Take precise measurements to ensure accurate fit and optimal vision correction.
• Assist with fitting glasses and lenses, ensuring maximum comfort.
• Educate patients on lens options, coatings, and treatments available.
• Adjust and repair eyewear as needed.
• Managing patient records ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Manage inventory effectively.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Optician or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in optical equipment usage and lens fitting techniques.
• Strong knowledge of eyewear trends, lens types, and frame styles.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Proficiency with computer systems and electronic health records (EHRs).
• Must be able to work 40 hours per week.
• Punctuality and Reliability are required.
