Who are we looking for?

Composite Resources is looking for experienced Industrial Painters to join our growing team. As an Industrial Painter, you will paint composite materials and perform hand-finishing operations.

What you get to do!

• Application of paint products accordance with customer specifications and requirements
• Maintain, clean, and repair spray guns as well as other related equipment
• Prepping parts and equipment prior to painting (i.e. sanding and taping)
• Apply both water and solvent-based coatings to meet class A finish in urethane, epoxy CARC, and enamel finishes
• Use both gravity feed and pressure feed paint equipment
• Attention to detail and accuracy while working with tight tolerances
• Performing self-quality checks

What you will bring to the Team

• 3-5 years minimum experience with industrial coatings
• Ability to apply and sand body filler
• Ability to read and understand technical documents in order to obtain paint mixtures
• Understand mil thickness, wet, and dry
• Autobody/automotive or other industrial paint experience preferred including the following: Masking parts, mixing of paints, and bondo & priming
• Experience with paint sprayers, pneumatic sanders, and other paint prep experience preferred
• Great teammate who can effectively interact with co-workers, management and collaborate with other departments in the organization
• High school Diploma or equivalent
