About the role We are looking for an experienced florist to join our team! The ideal candidate has a strong design eye, excellent customer service skills, and previous hands‑on floral arrangement experience for daily retail orders, events, holidays, and specialty occasions. Responsibilities Create custom floral arrangements for walk‑ins, website orders, and special events Handle flower processing, conditioning, and care to maintain freshness and quality Maintain a clean and organized design workspace Assist customers in‑store with floral selections, gift ideas, and order guidance Support prep, merchandising, and shop operations during peak times (holidays, weddings, Valentine’s, Mother’s Day, etc.) Manage inventory rotation and proper storage of flowers and materials Requirements 1+ year professional floral design experience (retail floral shop experience strongly preferred) Ability to work independently and in a fast‑paced environment Strong attention to detail and color/design balance Good communication and customer service skills Available for weekends and major floral holidays Schedule Part‑time or full‑time availability considered.
