The ideal candidate will have a strong background in installing various types of fencing systems, including wood, vinyl, chain link, ornamental iron, and more. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can work independently or as part of a team to complete residential and commercial fencing projects on time and to high standards. Responsibilities: Install and repair different types of fences (e.g., wood, vinyl, chain link, aluminum, wrought iron). Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and layout plans. Measure and mark fence layout lines accurately. Set posts using No Dig, concrete, and proper leveling techniques. Operate power tools, machinery, and hand tools safely and effectively. Dig post holes with equipment such as hydraulic pounder or manually. Load and unload materials, ensuring correct materials are on-site. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Communicate effectively with clients, supervisors, and team members. Follow safety regulations and company policies. Qualifications: Minimum of 2–3 years of professional fence installation experience. Knowledge of different fencing materials and installation methods. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints. Strong physical stamina; ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (CDL is a plus). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
