About the Role
We’re seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and creative Executive Support & Content Assistant to work directly alongside the Founder & CEO of a well-established organization and a newly launched women’s empowerment brand. This role blends executive support, content creation, social media assistance, and general administrative coordination across both companies.
What You’ll Do
Content, Social Media & Creative Support
• Film, edit, and produce short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
• Capture behind-the-scenes content for both brands
• Assist with social media posting, scheduling, engagement, and basic analytics
• Edit photos and create simple branded graphics
• Support podcast content, filming, and pre-production needs
Executive & Administrative Support
• Assist with calendar management, email organization, reminders, and follow-ups
• Support agency and brand-related projects, initiatives, and events
• Coordinate outreach tasks and light communication for internal/external partners
• Help with document preparation, research, and organizational tasks
• Provide general administrative and operational support across both entities
Who You Are
• Local to Orland Park, New Lenox, or Mokena
• Highly flexible schedule and ability to adapt to changing priorities
• Skilled in social media, filming, editing, and digital tools
• Organized, proactive, dependable, and comfortable working closely with a CEO
• Strong communication skills and ability to multitask
Hours & Compensation
• Open to full-time or part-time, with a minimum of 25 hours/week
• Competitive pay based on experience
