A background of at least 15 years in a similar role, particularly in clinical business development and key account management within the pharmaceutical or medical device sales industry, is required. The role demands a professional with strong commercial acumen, excellent leadership, self-awareness, and a proven ability to drive sales results. The Executive Director will be expected to have a strong understanding of the regulatory landscape, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships at senior levels.
