Kona Ice of the Bluegrass, Travelin' Toms Coffee and Beverages and Beverly Ann's Cookie Truck

We are looking for a go-getter who will be a cheerful addition to our office. This person needs to be a multitasker who is detail oriented, customer service driven, and able to build lasting relationships with customers and our team.

Coordinator responsibilities:

• Responsible for connecting with current clients and maintaining events
• Seek out new business opportunities and partnerships for brands
• Schedule and maintain events on the calendar
• Coordinate with customers on event details

Requirements

• Experience with common business software (Microsoft Suite, Gmail, Google Sheets/Docs)
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Available nights and weekends
• Experience preferred
• Leadership qualities
• Knowledgeable in social media apps, trends, etc
