We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our growing team in Modesto, CA. The Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events from concept to completion, ensuring each detail aligns with client expectations and company standards. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all aspects of event planning and execution

  • Liaise with clients to determine event goals, timelines, and budgets

  • Book venues and vendors and manage related contracts

  • Oversee event logistics including schedules, staff coordination, and equipment setup

  • Supervise on-site event setup, execution, and breakdown

  • Manage event budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness

  • Resolve issues or emergencies that arise during events

  • Maintain records and documentation for each event

  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align branding and promotional materials

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Communications, or related field preferred

  • 2+ years of experience in event coordination or similar role

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management tools

  • Availability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends
