Key Responsibilities - Plan, organize, and execute events, including corporate functions, promotional activities, and trade shows.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure event goals align with the company's marketing and business strategies.
- Handle all event logistics, including venue selection, catering, equipment rental, and transportation.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and event partners to ensure all necessary services are secured and delivered.
- Develop event timelines and ensure that all tasks are completed on schedule.
- Assist in creating promotional materials for events, including invitations, brochures, and signage.
- Manage event budgets and provide regular financial updates to management.
- Oversee event setup and breakdown, ensuring all aspects of the event run smoothly.
- Provide post-event reports and analyze the success of each event to identify areas for improvement.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise - Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in event planning or coordination.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
