Job Description

The Event Coordinator at Elle Seller will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a wide range of events, including corporate meetings, product launches, and promotional activities. This role involves working closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure each event's success. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, creative, and capable of managing multiple events simultaneously.

THIS WILL BE AN OFFICE JOB AND CANDIDATES MUST WORK IN THE OFFICE WITHIN THE NEXT 3 WEEKS

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate events from start to finish, including venue selection, budgeting, scheduling, and logistics.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and objectives, ensuring each event aligns with their vision.
  • Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure the best deals and services.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to develop event marketing strategies and promotional materials.
  • Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring everything runs smoothly on the day of the event.
  • Manage event budgets, keeping track of expenses and ensuring events stay within financial constraints.
  • Evaluate event success and provide post-event reports with insights and recommendations for future events.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in event planning or coordination is highly desirable.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of event management software is a plus.
