DETAILED – FOCUSED COMMERICAL GENERAL CONTRACTOR ESTIMATOR

Responsibilities :

• Estimate manpower scheduling, planning and commitments
• Track bid items for accuracy, quantity, quality, costs and competitiveness
• To maintain quality, effective, and good relationships with subcontractors, owners, tenants, and suppliers
• Attend any required pre-construction meetings. Take accurate and copious notes, measurements, and pictures.
• Send out accurate Invitations to Bid to subcontractors and suppliers with concise information
• Send out any project changes or addendums during the bidding process to assure final pricing from subcontractors or suppliers

Experience with Plan Swift, Building Connected, or any other estimating take off software is desired.

We are a growing high-end, customer focused Orlando General Contracting firm looking for an experienced estimator for commercial construction projects in the Orlando area. Must be able to perform accurate take offs, communicate with subcontractors, suppliers and owners as well. Knowledge of Industry pricing is a MUST! Must have own reliable transportation. We are a drug free work place, if you do drugs, do not apply.

We are required to list a pay range however your salary will be directly based off of your historical experience.
