  • Ensure ERM activities align with federal risk management frameworks, such as OMB Circular A-123, GAO Risk Management Framework, and NIST guidelines.

  • Develop risk dashboards, reports, and presentations for senior leadership to enhance risk visibility and tracking.

  • Manage cross-functional teams, ensuring timely communication, collaboration, and risk-informed decision-making.

  • Support change management efforts by promoting ERM awareness and building a culture of proactive risk management.

  • Monitor regulatory changes and emerging risks, adjusting project strategies as needed.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Excellent project management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in risk assessment methodologies, reporting tools, and ERM software solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.

  • Additional certifications in governance, risk, and compliance (e.g., Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)).
