What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Provide expertise in Epic product function, design, build, and testing for EpicCare Inpatient
Collaborate with end users to design and enhance the Epic system in a timely manner
Lead Epic software upgrade initiatives, managing design, build, and test phases
Conduct daily monitoring of production applications and support incident resolution
Develop and maintain system documentation and training materials

What is Required (Qualifications):

Active/current Epic certification in Beacon
Minimum of 3 years of healthcare experience
At least 2 years of Epic experience or a minimum of 5 years of direct client experience
Demonstrated knowledge of provider oncology workflows and clinical documentation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Over 5 years of direct client experience
Proven team coordination and project management skills
Experience in radiation oncology build
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
