What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Provide expertise in Epic product function, design, build, and testing for EpicCare Inpatient
• Collaborate with end users to design and enhance the Epic system in a timely manner
• Lead Epic software upgrade initiatives, managing design, build, and test phases
• Conduct daily monitoring of production applications and support incident resolution
• Develop and maintain system documentation and training materials

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Active/current Epic certification in Beacon
• Minimum of 3 years of healthcare experience
• At least 2 years of Epic experience or a minimum of 5 years of direct client experience
• Demonstrated knowledge of provider oncology workflows and clinical documentation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Over 5 years of direct client experience
• Proven team coordination and project management skills
• Experience in radiation oncology build
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
