This is a contract to hire, hybrid position in Atlanta, GA.

 

Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Epic Application Coordinator - Professional Billing:

 

• Provide technical expertise in the Epic Professional Billing application
• Design and implement workflows within the Epic system, translating clinical and financial requirements into effective system configurations
• Troubleshoot and provide high-level support for the Epic system
• Collaborate with various teams, including IT and clinical staff, on new system implementations
• Maintain current Epic certification and stay informed about changes in Epic and healthcare IT

 

Required Skills for Epic Application Coordinator - Professional Billing:

 

• Solid experience with Epic systems, particularly in the clinical or revenue cycle areas
• Proven ability to design and implement workflows within the Epic system
• Strong problem-solving abilities and experience in handling tough situations, particularly when on-call
• Experience working with various teams, including IT and clinical staff
• Current Epic certification and a commitment to continuous learning
