Salary: $135,000 - $170,000 per year

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Environmental Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This is a permanent position, where you will be working on a variety of environmental law cases, including litigation, regulatory compliance, and policy development. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of both federal and state environmental laws and regulations, and have experience representing clients in environmental litigation. This role is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who is passionate about environmental issues and wants to use their legal expertise to make a difference.

As an Environmental Attorney, you will be responsible for:
1. Representing clients in environmental litigation cases, including preparing and presenting arguments before courts and regulatory bodies.
2. Advising clients on compliance with federal, state, and local environmental laws and regulations.
3. Conducting legal research and analysis on complex environmental issues.
4. Drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and agreements.
5. Negotiating settlements on behalf of clients in environmental disputes.
Job Details
To be considered for this role, you must have:
1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the North Carolina and South Carolina Bar.
3. A minimum of 2 years of experience in environmental law, including experience in environmental litigation.
4. Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local environmental laws and regulations.
5. Excellent legal research and writing skills.
