Job Description: We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Entry-Level Remote Travel Agent to join our team. In this role, you will assist clients in planning their dream vacations, providing excellent customer service and expert travel advice. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and activities.
• Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels (phone, email, chat).

• Stay up-to-date with travel industry trends, policies, and regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and bookings.
• Collaborate with senior agents and team members to enhance client experiences.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in travel, hospitality, or related field is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for travel and a desire to learn about different cultures and destinations.
• Proficiency in using computers and basic software applications.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
