• Develop leads for potential clients in the Laredo, TX area
• Participate in training sessions aimed at improving real estate knowledge and skills
• Persistently follow up on leads until appointments are scheduled with either a listing or buyer’s agent
• Maintain regular communication with homebuyers through phone calls and emails to foster relationships and ensure brand recognition
• Create monthly and quarterly sales reports to monitor team progress towards company objectives
• Handle sales inquiries from qualified leads and effectively convert them into new clients
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information for agents using the CRM system
• Efficiently schedule and conduct appointments with clients
• Follow up with leads

• To be considered for this role as an Entry-Level Real Estate Sales Agent in Laredo, TX, US, you must either hold a valid Real Estate License or be actively pursuing one.
