Job Description

• Assist with new part introduction including pack development support, data entry, and any required sample procurement
• Maintain engineering documents, bills of materials, change management processes and retention, including affected databases (Crown and customer Db's), as required
• Provide value-engineering support for cost and process improvement. This includes but is not limited to Re-engineered Savings, Best Practices, Time Studies, and Process Analysis support
• Perform customer interface including email, phone calls, meetings, etc.
• Provide support for special projects and other locations, perform other duties as requested or assigned by management
• Address management and customer concerns timely, professionally, and accurately

• Education: Associates degree minimum desired or 5 years equivalent experience
• Sound mathematical skills including adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing, fractions, decimals, with proven ability to use a calculator and read tape measure
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with proven attention to detail
• Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and all reporting software
• Able to lift to 25 lbs., able to sit, stand and walk around for extended periods at a time
• Adhere to Crown Packaging Employee Guidelines
