About this Role

As a Full-Stack Software Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in designing and maintaining advanced software solutions. You’ll work on cutting-edge projects, leveraging modern technologies and Big Data platforms to deliver seamless integration and innovative results. This role offers the chance to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment and shape the future of this exciting new program.

Key Responsibilities

• Innovate and Build: Design, develop, and maintain full-stack software solutions, ensuring seamless integration of front-end and back-end components.
• Shape the Future: Develop innovative solutions using technologies like Java, JavaScript, Python, and cloud-based Big Data platforms (Hbase, Hadoop).
• Solve Complex Challenges: Debug, optimize, and adapt software for diverse environments, including UNIX/Linux and Windows, while integrating FOSS/COTS products.
• Collaborate and Drive Excellence: Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet project goals, contribute to technical documentation, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
• Adapt and Evolve: Stay ahead of the curve by incorporating the latest industry trends and technologies into development practices.

Key Technologies and Skills

• Full-Stack Development: Expertise in technologies like Java, MongoDB, NiFi, Elasticsearch.
• Front-End and Back-End Experience: Hands-on experience across UNIX/Linux and Windows environments.
• Agile Methodologies: Proficiency in tools such as Jira and Confluence for project management and collaboration.
• Big Data Systems: Familiarity with platforms like Hbase, Hadoop, JSON, BSON, and Cloud/NoSQL databases.

Qualifications

• Junior Level: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or 4 years of Software Engineering experience in lieu of a degree).
• Clearance: TS/SCI with Polygraph 
• Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen
