Job Description:
We are is looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Entry Level Events Assistant to join our team. This role will support the planning, organization, and execution of various fitness-related events, helping to create memorable experiences for participants and ensuring smooth event operations.

Pay Range: $1150 - $1400 weekly

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Event Coordinator in planning, organizing, and executing fitness events such as workshops, seminars, classes, and promotional activities.
  • Help with event setup, including arranging equipment, organizing materials, and ensuring that the venue is properly prepared.
  • Support day-of-event operations, including managing registration, greeting attendees, and troubleshooting any issues that arise during events.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events through social media, email campaigns, and other marketing channels.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of event materials and services.
  • Assist in post-event activities, including event breakdown, cleanup, and collecting feedback from participants.
  • Help with the preparation and distribution of event-related promotional materials, such as flyers, banners, and digital content.
  • Track event expenses, ensuring that the event stays within budget, and assist in creating post-event reports.
  • Provide administrative support to the event team, such as scheduling meetings, maintaining event calendars, and organizing event files.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Passion for fitness and interest in event management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on event schedules.
  • Previous event coordination or assistant experience is a plus but not required.
