Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and coordinating company events, including conferences, meetings, and promotional activities.
• Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure event success.
• Oversee event logistics, including venue setup, catering, and audio-visual needs.
• Manage event timelines and budgets to ensure efficient execution.
• Help with post-event reporting and analysis to measure outcomes and gather feedback for future improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and proactive with problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with Microsoft Office; familiarity with event planning software is a plus.
