We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Entry-Level Event Coordinator to assist in planning, organizing, and executing various corporate and social events. This role will provide hands-on experience in event management, and you'll be an integral part of our team, helping to deliver memorable experiences for our clients.

  • Assist in Event Planning : Support the planning and coordination of events such as conferences, meetings, trade shows, social gatherings, and corporate events.
  • Vendor Coordination : Help manage relationships with vendors, including catering services, decorators, venues, and equipment suppliers.
  • Logistical Support : Coordinate logistics including venue setup, transportation, and registration processes.
  • Administrative Tasks : Maintain event documentation, including contracts, schedules, and budgets. Provide administrative support such as preparing reports, updating databases, and responding to client inquiries.
  • On-Site Event Support : Assist in the on-site execution of events by managing registrations, addressing attendee needs, and ensuring smooth event flow.
  • Marketing & Promotion : Help in the development and execution of event marketing strategies, including the use of social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
  • Budget Tracking : Support the budget management process by tracking expenses and helping to ensure events remain within budget.
  • Post-Event Follow-Up : Assist in post-event evaluations, collecting feedback, and documenting lessons learned.
Key Responsibilities
