Key Responsibilities:
- Event Planning & Execution: Support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing events, trade shows, and promotions.
- Logistics Management: Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and setup.
- Strategy Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute event marketing strategies.
- Marketing Materials: Assist in creating and preparing marketing materials for events.
- Client & Partner Relations: Maintain positive relationships with clients and partners through meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
- On-Site Support: Provide on-site assistance during events, ensuring smooth operations and resolving issues.
- Attendee Engagement: Engage with attendees, offering information and promoting client brands.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties such as data entry, scheduling, and file organization.
Qualifications:
- Education: High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
