Position Overview:

DRB Homes has entry-level opportunities in production, sales, purchasing, and land across multiple divisions. As an Entry-Level Associate at DRB Homes, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various facets of the homebuilding industry. Key Responsibilities:

• Project Coordination: Assist in managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Customer Interaction: Support our customer service team to ensure that our clients have a positive and smooth experience throughout the homebuilding process.
• Administrative Support: Handle various administrative tasks including documentation, scheduling, and communication with stakeholders.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with experienced team members across departments to learn the ins and outs of the homebuilding process and contribute to team goals.

Qualifications:

• Education: Recent college graduates or upcoming graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Design, Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Attributes: Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience: Previous internships or related experience is a plus but not required.
