Job Description

Our client, an AM100 law firm, is seeking a ECVC(Emerging Companies and Venture Capital) Associate in multiple offices.

Schedule - Hybrid (3/2)

Location - Austin, Boston, Boulder, Century City, New York, Palo Alto, Salt Lake City, San Diego, San Francisco, Seattle, Washington, DC and Wilmington

Billable Hours – 1950

Partner track - Yes

Experience - 4-7 years of ECVC in big law

Qualifications/Responsibilites:

• Representating technology and growth companies at all stages of their development, from seed-stage start-ups to large private companies to early-stage public companies to mature public companies.
• Counseling entrepreneurs on company formation, equity structures, and negotiations with venture capital firms in financings.
• Advising private and public companies and their management on a broad range of corporate matters, including strategic and commercial transactions, fundraising transactions, corporate governance responsibilities, equity incentive plans and arrangements, employment matters, intellectual property issues, and regulatory compliance.
• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Must be in good standing with the relevant jurisdiction's bar
• AM law firm experience
