Email Marketing Specialist Wanted: Unleash Your Creativity with Klaviyo!

Are you a seasoned Email Marketing Specialist looking to make your mark in a fast-paced, collaborative agency environment? Do you have a knack for crafting campaigns that drive measurable results? If so, we want YOU on our team!

What You'll Do:

Create & Optimize Campaigns : Design and execute email marketing campaigns in Klaviyo and HubSpot that wow our clients.
Build Automation Workflows : Set up triggers, filters, and conditions for seamless automation like welcome series, abandoned carts, and re-engagement campaigns.
Track Performance : Monitor key metrics (open rates, click rates, conversions), conduct A/B testing, and provide actionable insights to improve outcomes.
Collaborate on Strategy : Bring fresh ideas to help our clients achieve their marketing goals.

What We're Looking For

Must-Have Skills:

3+ years of email marketing experience with a focus on Klaviyo and HubSpot .
Expertise in segmentation, personalization, and automation.
Proficiency in Canva , Figma , or Adobe Photoshop for tweaking designs.
Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and compliance (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
Exceptional communication and time management skills.

Preferred Skills:

E-commerce and service-based industry experience.
Knowledge of SMS marketing.
Familiarity with ClickUp, Slack, and collaborative tools.
