Adecco is partnering with a local client in Blaine MN to hire an Electrical/Mechanical Assembler for this contract to hire opportunity

 
Pay 20-30 depending on qualification and skill set
1st shift- 8:00 am to 4:30 PM Monday-Friday
3 month contract to hire!

 
Responsibilities:

• Wire control panels according to UL procedures. Ability to read electrical interconnection drawings preferred
• Mounting components to electrical enclosures. Includes measuring, marking, metal cutting, drilling, and tapping enclosures per blueprints. Use of hand and power tools required.
• Demonstrate the ability to learn proper wiring methods in panels. Includes, but not limited to proper separation of AC and DC circuits, use of routes for efficient use of wire and clean terminations practices to avoid frayed connections.
• Prepare panels for shipment - Includes crating, banding to pallet, and use of pallet jacks

 
Requirements:

 

• Ability to work with both US imperial and metric measurement systems.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as proportioning, and percentages.
• Demonstrate a good working knowledge of power and hand tools. Tools include drills, T-squares, tape measures, punch tools, screwdrivers, crimpers, nibblers, hole saws, reciprocating saws, etc.
• Understanding of methods used to measure and mark enclosures.
• Understanding of methods used to mount components.
• Demonstrate the ability to learn proper wiring methods

Pay Details: 20.00 to 30.00 per hour
