What You’ll Do
· Hands-on repair of electric motors and mechanical equipment
· Troubleshoot, disassemble, measure, and rebuild with precision
· Use diagnostic and testing tools (multimeter, calipers, surge tester, etc.)
· Evaluate customer equipment, perform failure analysis, and complete thorough documentation
· Keep your workspace organized and safe, following PPE guidelines
· Collaborate and communicate clearly with team members and customers
What We’re Looking For
· Mechanical aptitude — experience in industrial maintenance, auto, HVAC, aviation, or related repair strongly preferred
· Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 70 lbs
· Organized, detail-oriented, and safety-minded
· Strong communication skills
· Willingness to learn — we’ll provide the training
· Must meet pre-employment requirements
