What you will be doing

• Conduct dynamic activities such as art projects and basic science experiments to enhance motor and sensory abilities.
• Organize group games that foster social skills, emotional awareness, and expression.
• Monitor and evaluate each child's development, providing tailored guidance to suit their learning preferences and pace.

Candidate Requirements

• Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Brownsville, TX.
• Minimum of 1 year professional experience working with preschool-aged children (0-5 years) in settings such as preschool, daycare, or early learning centers.
• Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Reading Education, Child Development, or a related discipline.
• Background in Montessori, Reggio Emilia, or play-based preschool environments.
