Responsibilities

•Connect with field teams and customers about special requests or details
•Plan and adjust service calls when necessary
•Document service schedules and customer complaints
•Track dispatch service calls and arrival times
•Coordinate service calls for field teams and customers

Qualifications

•Mandatory 3+ years of dispatching experience in construction or dump trucking field
•Exceptional communication, organizational, interpersonal, and customer service skills
•Experience working with people under stressful and dynamic conditions while maintaining a positive mindset
•Confidence in being able to implement a positive customer journey
•Candidate should be comfortable working with people in dynamic and stressful conditions
•Candidate required to have high school diploma or GED; preference for candidates with associate or bachelor's degree
•We prefer applicants with 1+ years of experience as a service dispatcher
•Experience working in a customer-oriented atmosphere
