Our client, a private busy Executive in Highland Beach, FL is seeking a Domestic Couple to oversee the day-to-day operations of his 17,000 sq ft home. the role is live-in or live-out.
You will report to the House Manager who has been with the family for many years. Teamwork is essential in this role as there are a lot of moving pieces and everyone works together to create an easy-going atmosphere in the home.
Job Responsibilities:
Keeping the home tidy and presentable, daily laundry and beds, daily vacuuming. Organizing the home. Light cooking, American food primarily (Nannies will prepare food for the young children/babies).
Exterior maintenance, working alongside the house manager. Daily cleaning of patios and windows. Pressure washing exterior walkways, blowing out the balconies. Larger projects will be outsourced.
Work schedule will be Monday to Friday, 40 hr work week. This is a salaried, exempt role. PTO, health insurance stipend. Majority of holidays will be required to work but everyone goes home early. Two consecutive days off per week. Flexibility is required.
