Job Title: Document Processing Clerk
Address: D, Parma, OH 44130
Pay Rate: $16.50 per hour
Hours: 7am - 3pm, Monday to Friday
Background Check and Drug Screening: Required
Parking: Free

Qualifications:
• Ability to read and understand instructions in English.
• Basic computer knowledge for training and transitioning to scanning on computerized machines.
• Experience in document management, printing, or scanning is a plus.
• Ability to lift 10 to 50 lbs, stand, sit, bend, twist, and lift as needed.

Responsibilities:
• Separate and open mail, prep documents for scanning, and handle some glass copies.
• Prep, scan, inspect, compile, assemble, and bind documents.
• Maintain machine performance by addressing simple problems (e.g., clearing jams, refilling toner)
• Achieve customer satisfaction and meet production standards.
• Complete paperwork accurately and maintain an organized workstation.
• Communicate effectively to troubleshoot issues.
