Documentation Control Specialist – Jacksonville, FL

\nKelly Services is currently seeking a Documentation Control Specialist at one of our Global clients in Jacksonville, FL. This role is a full-time, fully benefitted position.
\nThis position is eligible for Medical, Dental, 401K and a variety of other benefits to choose from. You’ll also be eligible for paid time off, including holiday, vacation and sick/personal time. Employees also receive annual performance reviews.

\n Title: Documentation Control Specialist
\n Location: Jacksonville (32256), onsite
\n Pay: open; plus benefits and PTO
\n Hours: M-F 8 hour day shift,
\n Duration: Long term contract
\n
\n Job Responsibilities: \n

\n\t
• Provide analytical and administrative support to establish accurate and concise documentation of processes and procedures utilizing Microsoft Office, Formatting Solutions, and various supporting software packages. \n\t
• Provide support for groups and subject matter experts to develop material into easily understandable text and ensure thoroughness and accuracy of all publications. \n\t
• Deliver documentation on time and with the highest quality attainable within the project. \n\t
• Provide Scheduling and lead reviews of documents created with SMEs to support project schedule. \n\t
• Submit completed documents to a document control system for approvals and release. \n

\n Qualifications: \n\n

• Experience: 2- years\n\t
• High school diploma or equivalent\n
