Keep clients informed of the progress of their services and deliveries, including any modifications that may arise. Maintain up-to-date records of all dispatch operations and ensure that our systems are always accurate. Work in tandem with your colleagues to enhance workflows and efficiency, offering suggestions to streamline processes. About You: You are a candidate based in the United States who possesses the legal permission to work in the country. You are eager to learn and advance in a dynamic position, but you lack the necessary experience. Whether it's scheduling, coordinating, or solving problems, you're very organized and take pleasure in maintaining order. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and can give precise directions even when time is of the essence. You have no problem picking up new technologies and are open to learning how to utilize various dispatching platforms and apps, such as Slack, Google Maps, and others. Even when things don't work out the way you expected, your ability to remain composed and focused makes you a problem solver.
