Dispatcher / Accounts Receivable Assistant

TLC Solutions of Florida – West Palm Beach, FL

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Occasional Remote Saturdays Available

TLC Solutions of Florida, a trusted name in non-emergency medical transportation, is looking for a dependable and motivated Dispatcher / Accounts Receivable Assistant to join our close-knit team.

Position Overview:

This position primarily focuses on dispatching daily transportation trips for our drivers, ensuring smooth coordination and excellent service to our clients. During downtime, you’ll assist with accounts receivable and office support tasks.

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday (In Office)
• Optional Remote Saturdays for those seeking extra hours

Responsibilities:

• Dispatch trips and communicate with drivers throughout the day
• Coordinate schedules, routes, and patient pickups
• Assist with accounts receivable duties and data entry during downtime
• Provide general office and administrative support as needed
• Maintain professionalism, teamwork, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

• Prior dispatch or transportation experience preferred (we’re happy to train the right person!)
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Dependable, organized, and comfortable using basic computer systems
• A team player with a caring, service-oriented mindset
