WHAT ROLE DO YOU PLAY?
Your day begins with providing crucial support to individuals, ensuring they remain focused during the final stages of their work shift on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. Act as a wing-man during evening outings, facilitating social connections and community engagement. Throughout the week, lend assistance with essential tasks like laundry, dishes, and maintaining living spaces. Your role transcends routine; it's an opportunity to positively impact the lives of those you serve.
Requirements:
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred! If you're willing to learn and let go of preconceived notions about what is possible for people with developmental disabilities, you're perfect for the job!
